Min/Peak Rating in Open Section: USCF/FIDE 1900 at any point. Under 1900 pay $100 more for USCF/FIDE 1800-1900. No players allowed if peak USCF/FIDE rating under 1800.
Entry Fees: Open 5-day only: Early bird $195 by 9/3, $220 Regular Entry after 9/3 and by 9/24, $240 Late Entry after 9/24 and by 10/4, $265 after 10/4 and online until 10/5 12pm (GMs/IMs/ WGMs/WIMs Free; $100 deducted from prize winnings). U2100/U1800/U1500: Early bird $140 by 9/3, $165 Regular Entry after 9/3 and by 9/24, $185 Late Entry after 9/24 and by 10/5, $210 after 10/4 and online until 10/5 12pm. U1200 $20 less. Re-Entry $60 in U2100/U1800/U1500/U1200 (No re-entry Open to Open OR U2100 to U2100). Refunds/Withdrawls: $10 service fee until Oct 4th; 50% service fee after Oct 4th.

Half-point byes: Open Section (Limit 3. Byes in Rds 8 & 9 must be requested at Registration or atleast 2 hrs prior to Rd 1, latest deadline to request byes in Rounds 1-7 is 2 hrs prior to Rd 3). Withdrawls without notifying 2 hrs prior to Round start will incur a $200 penalty for future events organized by Capital Area Chess. U2100/U1800/U1500/U1200 Limit 2 byes, latest deadline to request byes is 2 hrs prior to Rd. 3.
